Bone broth is rich in nutrients and minerals, it is nourishing and has a range of healing properties.

While easily dismissed as a food trend, bone broth is one of the oldest healing foods on the planet. Made by simmering bones for a long period of time, bone broth is a magical elixir that is:

  • Rich in amino acids such as proline and glycine

  • Rich in essential fats and minerals

  • High in protein

  • Anti-inflammatory

  • Immune boosting

A bone broth is easy enough to make at home but who has the time, or inclination to do so? It requires a long- time to extract the maximum amount of nutrients from the bones.

In making our bone broth we follow the same process as you would making your homemade bone broth. First, we roast the bones and we then undertake an incredibly long process of simmering the bones with our recipe of own veggies and herbs to ensure all of the nutrients are properly extracted and the flavour is the best it can be. This process takes a minimum of 24 hours and the results are a broth rich in amino acids like protein and glycine, which are hallmarks for a nutritious bone broth.

We only use the best quality free range chicken bones, that are also free of any nasty chemical processes. Our both is clean, and free of any preservatives.

The benefits or bone broth are well documents some of the benefits are : Joint health | Gut health and digestion | Fighting infections and recovering from illness | Improved sleep | Smoother skin and stronger nails.

There is a lot to love about Bone broth, not only all of these benefits but it also tastes delicious!
